Shipping Policy
QB & Co. Skincare Shipping Policy (U.S. Domestic Only)
We appreciate your business and are committed to preparing and shipping your skincare products quickly, safely, and efficiently across the United States.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will begin processing on the next business day. This processing time is separate from the shipping or transit time.
2. Domestic Shipping within the U.S.
We currently ship to all 50 states and U.S. territories, but do not offer international shipping at this time.
We offer two primary options for domestic delivery:

Standard Shipping: This option typically takes 3–7 business days in transit after processing. The flat rate cost is $6.99.

FREE Standard Shipping: We proudly offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $50.

Expedited Shipping: A faster option, which typically takes 2–3 business days in transit after processing. The cost for expedited shipping is calculated at checkout based on your specific location.
Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx, or UPS) and are not guaranteed.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your package's delivery status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become fully active after you receive the email.
4. Delivery Issues (Lost or Stolen Packages)
If the tracking information shows that your item was delivered but you have not received it, QB & Co. Skincare is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend checking with neighbors and contacting the carrier directly to open a claim.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.
